(More customer reviews)I stumbled across this excellent book written by Tim Kirkwood while I was trying to find information on how to improve my chances on becoming a Flight Attendant. I ordered the book online and received it the next day. I read this book from cover to cover three times. It was a great source of information and it reads very easy. I also emailed Tim and he was very helpful. After reading his book I sent a resume to an airline and received back an application. I completed the application, sent it back to the airlines, and within a few days I received a call from them wanting me to come in for an interview. When I arrived for the interview, there were many other applicants present. I was able to shine during that group interview because of Tim Kirkwood's book. After the group interview they selected of few of us for a one-on-one interview. About half way through the interview she stoped me and said, "You know what? You are exactly what we are looking for at this airline". I was hired on the spot and was sent for training three weeks later. Thank you Tim Kirkwood!
