(More customer reviews)Whenever I am not taking photographs underwater, I am usually found trying to perfect my techniques in terms of natural history photography. When I was given a copy of this Book (as a present) some years ago, I was inspired by the content and immediately went out and purchased various different strobe units in a bid to emulate this great photographer. Some of those units are still in their boxes having failed to live up to the seller's claims - but never mind.
To cut a long story short, as a direct result of studying this book, I recently had a full 5 page spread of my photography reproduced in a leading British magazine about birds. Very few words accompanying the piece which shows 6 of my images of a wild Barn Owl in flight plus one of the bird perching. I still have a long way to go - but at least I am some way along the trail.
The whole process was one of a serious and worthwhile learning experience coupled with the excitement of photographing that particular bird in it's natural environment - and it was all because of this book.
